![]() Just making sure there are different things that could be causing this and different issues requite different approaches: I contacted support (chat) and no solution was offered. I do not believe that I have another EA account or Xbox account that are previously linked. I've done all kinds of uninstall/reinstall. ![]() ![]() What do you expect to see? Either an opportunity to link my accounts or EA Desktop with option to install a game. To continue linking your EA Account, head back and start over. The full text reads: Something went wrong. For me, I click any of the various options within Xbox app to transfer to EA Play ('Install', "Explore in EA Desktop (Beta)", "See in EA Desktop" etc) and the error box attached pops up.
